About Billie Bierer!
Billie Rutledge Bierer was born in Texas, grew up in Pennslyvania and moved with her parents to Arizona in the 60’s.
Being a flower child was out for her. As a teenager, she fell in love with the West and became a cowgirl. Married for thirty-six years, she and her husband raised three children.
Now, the grandmother of six, she has settled in her husband’s home state of South Carolina where they raise Arabian horses and Billie is at work on her next novel.
